What is the shipping cost?
Geartracking offers world wide shipping. If your country isn't listed during the ordering process, please let us know so we can help you out!
For customers in the Netherlands shipping costs range from 4.95 to 12.95.
If you are based in the EU, shipping costs range from 12.95 to 34.95. This is excluding taxes and duties.
For the US and world wide shipping the shippings costs are ranging from 19.95 to 99.95, also excluding taxes and duties.
When will I receive my order?
Our shipping times can vary depending on where the shipment is heading. Here you can see some general estimations:
- NL: 1-2 business days
- EU: 3-5 business days
- US and the rest of the world: 7-14 business days
These shipping times are estimates and can be different depending on where you are located. If your order contains customized items, we need up to 10 days to make your labels look perfect. After all, quality often takes time!
Will I receive a tracking link?
Yes! Once your order is ready and heading your way you will receive an automated email containing the T&T link.
If the T&T link isn't working, you can always reach out and ask for an update.
Didn't receive any email yet? Sometimes the email containing the T&T link ends up in the spam folder!
Will I have to pay customs?
Customs duties do vary from country to country and also depend on your orders value. Geartracking does not cover these costs.
When will I receive my invoice?
You will receive you invoice once your order is placed and paid successfully.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders that don't contain customizable items, have a processing time of 1-3 business days. Once the order is shipped out, you will receive an automated email containing the T&T link.
If your order does contain items that require customization, the processing time can take up to 10 business days.
Products
Which numbers will I receive when ordering QR codes or RFID tags?
Every QR code, label or RFID that we sell is unique. This means that as a standard you cannot select your own range of numbers. We don't share the numbers that you will receive.
Which software are your products compatible with?
Since Geartracking B.V. is a subsidiary of Rentman B.V., we can confidently say that our products are fully compatible with Rentman.
However, this doesn't mean that if you don't use Rentman, you cannot use our products. Please reach out to us if you want to learn more.
Which scanners are compatible with RFID?
Right now we support the Zebra scanners that can be found on our website and are marked as "RFID-ready".
Please keep in mind that the RFD40 is also required. Other models are not tested and therefore might not work as expected.
Besides the scanners that you can find on our website, we also support the following models:
- Zebra TC21 RFID-ready
- Zebra TC26 RFID-ready
Customization
Can you customize labels or tags?
As standard we can do customization for the RM4 RFID sticker and the RM7 On-metal RFID sticker. Other labels can be customized depending on the required amount. If you need more customization, please reach out so we can make you an offer.
The RFID Hardtags cannot be customized.
Which files formats can be used?
The following formats can be used: .JPG, .PNG, .PDF and many more. A logo in black is preferred, no matter the label color.
Please make sure to follow our printing guidelines.
Can I order custom labels or custom numbers?
While we can customize some of our labels, we never change the numbering of our RFID tags. For us it's important to be 100% sure that no double RFID numbers are sold by Geartracking B.V. since this can cause problems for our customers.
