How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated depending on your order and location.
Please note - Local taxes and duties can occur, these costs need to be paid by the customer.
When will my order ship out?
Orders with no customization have a processing time of 2-5 business days. Once dispatched, an email will be sent containing the tracking number for the parcel. For orders with customization requests, the processing time can be up to 14 business days.
What are the standard shipping times?
Overall shipping times vary depending on location. Some general estimates would be:
- EU: 3-5 business days
- US: 7-14 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on where you reside. If you live in a remote place, delivery time can take a few days longer.
