About us

Hardware for warehouses that never stand still

Geartracking is the hardware side of Rentman. We pick, test and ship the tags, labels, scanners and printers that AV and event rental companies use to keep track of their gear.

  • Tested with Rentman first

If it's in our shop, it works with Rentman out of the box. No middleware, no extra licenses to figure out.

  • Built for the rough life

Road cases, rain, gaffer tape. We test tags on real gear before they go in the shop.

  • Help before and after you buy

We know the event business. Ask us which tag fits, book a demo, or call when your scanner won't pair.

Part of Rentman

Rentman is software for planning rental equipment, crew and transport. Geartracking is part of Rentman B.V., so the people who build the scanning features work alongside the people who test the hardware.
